David Tope Oladiran is a certified Project Management and Programme Management Practitioner with over twenty five years of global corporate experience.

He holds a B.Sc. (Hons.) in Business Administration, Executive Diploma in Insurance and a M.Sc. in Marketing. He is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, London (MCIM) and a Member of the Institute of Consulting, London (MIC).

Over the years, he has attended and facilitated in various courses, seminars and workshops across the globe.

His private sector experience spans Insurance, Advertising, Consulting and Project / Programme Management Industries in various emerging and developed economies.

In the Public sector, he has led top-level project teams in Nigeria to deliver high impact benefits for the Presidency, State Governments and International Organisations such as the UNDP, R20- Regions of Climate Action, etc.

He is currently the Chief Executive Officer of the Next Possibilities Group.

An entrepreneur, passionate speaker and writer, he enjoys playing golf, swimming and reading in his spare time.

Dr. Fola Owoyemi is a Consultant Surgeon with extensive medical practice in Nigeria, Europe (Greece) and the United States of America. He is currently the Medical Director of Owoyemi Specialist Hospital, Akure and Lagos.

Dr. Owoyemi attended the University of Athens, Greece, for his Bachelors degree in Medicine, MBBS in 1979. He also had his specialization in Surgery at the University of Athens, Greece, 1983.

On his return to Nigeria in 1986, Dr. Owoyemi had a brief stint with the University Teaching Hospital, Ile-Ife and the Lagos State Health Management Board, Lagos before going into private practice. He is currently the Medical Director of Owoyemi Specialist Clinics, Akure Ondo State.

He is also a Consultant Surgeon to some State Specialist Hospitals including the State Specialist Hospital, Akure, Ondo state where he is currently the Consultant General Surgeon.

He is happily married with Children.

Felix Taiwo is currently the Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of Ridges Insurance Brokers Limited.

He obtained his Higher National Diploma (HND) Certificate in insurance from Lagos State Polytechnic, Isolo. He is also an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute Nigeria (ACIIN) and Associate of Chartered Brokers of Nigeria (ACIB).

Felix is an experienced broker who has acquired over Nineteen years experience in Insurance Broking. He started his Insurance Broking career with Dayspring Insurance Brokers Limited in 2001; he later joined Dove Insurance Brokers as Underwriting Manager as well as Davisther Insurance Brokers as Manager Operations before joining Boff and Company Insurance Brokers Limited in 2008. He worked in the various sections of Technical ranging from Broking to Claims Administration and Risk Management. He joined the management team of Ridges Insurance Brokers Limited in February 2011.

He has attended several courses both locally and internationally on Leadership and Strategy; Oil & Energy Underwriting and Claims; as well as courses in Risk Management, Reinsurance and general Claims Administration. He is married with children.
